OFFICER JAMES - African American. 40's. Police Officer
FRANCO - African American. 20's. Fast talking Dreamer
MAX - 40's. Russian Accent. Speaks some Russian. Owns a small business next door.
KIRIL - 20's/30's. Russian. BIG MAN. Physically Threating. Bouncer Type. Speaks Russian
LUTHER - 40's/50's. Italian/Irish American. Loan Shark. Good humored but threatening.
KEVIN - 20's. Irish American. Loan Shark. Violent.

Women

LADY BOYLE - 60's. Irish American. Homeless woman.
OFFICER RANDY - 40's. Irish American. Police Officer. Loves Arthur.
