Theatre Three is located in Uptown Dallas, in the Qudrangle - an office tower and an enclave of ground level shops and restaurants. You will find us in the courtyard of the Quadrangle, in between Martini Ranch and The Dream Cafe on one side or East Wind and Siegels on the other side. Please park in those areas that are not marked for other retail shops to avoid towing.
Free covered parking is available each show in the Quadrangle parking garage located on the corner of Routh Street and LaClede Street. There are 3 levels in the parking garage which is accessible off LaClede Street. The parking garage is monitored by camera and patrol.
